I had a great stay at the hotel! The room I got was a standard king on a high floor just like new, with a wonderful view of Nathan Phillips Square. The service was top-notch, but there were some hiccups with the service from the concierge. The central location was perfect to dive into the action of Toronto, though navigating a large car might be tricky. The dining experience was okay, nothing to write home about. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
